FAQ

How fast can you manufacture my parts?

Our factories run 24/7, so we start making the moment you place the order. We will let you know upfront how long it will take us to manufacture your parts. Usually shipping (from Beijing to your doorstep) takes 5 days, including our quality control in Germany. This means simple parts can be delivered within 7 days.

Do you provide me with a tracking code?

Yes, we provide you with a tracking code when your parts are being shipped from our location in Munich.

Do you also offer a 3D printing service?

Not quite yet, but we are working on our 3D printing service. You will hear from us as soon as it is available.

Payment

We offer upfront payment with PayPal, and bill payment for our returning customers.

Shipping

We ship your parts with our logistics partner DHL.
